The best arrangement is specific. One owner may handle interior finishes after a contractor completes the shell. Another may coordinate local trades while receiving package guidance. The scope should identify what support is included, when it is available and which decisions remain the owner’s responsibility.

Work Commonly Left to Specialists
Excavation, foundations, structural erection, roofing, electrical, plumbing, HVAC and other regulated or high-risk work are often better handled by qualified professionals familiar with local requirements.
